PICKLEBALL            

Pickleball is a net game played with a solid racket and a large whiffle ball much like tennis or ping pong.  Men and women of all ages play at a fast pace for good exercise and a lot of fun.  The game can be picked up very quickly.  (Lessons are cheerfully provided!)  Extra racquets and balls are provided.

Pickleball is less stressful to the joints than other raquet sports.  Come and bring a friend.

Prairie Athletic Club (PAC), 1010 N. Bird Street, Sun Prairie.
 -All play is free to PAC members (and reciprocal clubs- Harbor, Pinnacle).
 -Pay per visit is $7.50 weekdays and $10 for weekends and after 4 p.m. weekdays.
 -A 10 visit punch pass is available for $65 for nonmembers. Punch pass can not be used on weekends and after 4 p.m. weekdays.

Because there are a number of experienced players who play regularly at Turners, we prefer that beginners learn the game and have some experience before coming on these days. Lessons for rank beginners available at Turners - Call to set up or contact Terry at tkgliderflight@gmail.com.

All the plays at turners are 2 hours.
  -Beginning November 1, limited time memberships will cost $15. This will entitle you to purchase the 10 coupon block for only $40. Members play on Fridays for free.
  -Limited time membership will last until February 1 when annual membership renewal will become due. It's a great time to become a limited time member.
  -Please bring clean court shoes.
